Synchronous Course Design

I have designed courses of varying lengths for P-12, undergraduate, and graduate students to be delivered synchronously. These courses have been thoughtfully designed with stakeholders and subject matter experts to engage students and provide them opportunities to practice and demonstrate new skills and knowledge. 

Course Alignment

My course designs begin with crafting intentional and measurable learning outcomes with collaborators. These objectives guide the development of content, activities, and assessment for every lesson and are clearly articulated to students in classwork and on evaluations so they can monitor their learning. 

Intentional Activities

In my course design, I specifically include activities to foster relationships between the students, instructor, and content. This means each module's activities are carefully designed to include modeling, discussions, hands-on activities, and reflection.
