Georgia McKown, Ph.D.

My name is Georgia McKown, and I have worked in education in many roles including as a classroom teacher, instructional designer, research assistant, and education nonprofit director. I am currently the Director of Impact Assessment at the Military Family Advisory Network.  

Primarily, my work focuses on leveraging available resources to help educators support their students. So far, this has led me to researching and developing content focused on utilizing instructional technologies and high-leverage teaching practices to help educators support diverse students like those with special educational needs and military-connected students.
